Roy, a native of Michigan, moved to the Atlanta area in 1991 with a professional background in upper management and marketing and has always made customer satisfaction his top priority. He enjoys boating, fishing and riding his Harley Davidson.

Crystal, a native Atlantan, has experienced the phenomenal growth of the Atlanta area and believes the opportunities for future growth are tremendous. Thus providing endless growth in the real estate and mortgage business. She is a licensed Realtor & Loan Originator, and has assisted thousands of families realize their dream in home ownership. Crystal has a passion for helping others. In her spare time, she enjoys fund raising for our troops in Iraq & most recently volunteering with the Red Cross to assist those in need from Hurricane Katrina.

Roy & Crystal are the proud parents of their 15 year old son, Justin & their three year old granddaughter, BreeAnna who resides with them. They are very excited to bring aboard their daughter, Erin. Licensed in 2003, Erin's determination & professionalism has put her above and shown proven results in the real estate business.

Raised in the Atlanta Area for most of her life, Erin graduated from Woodstock High School, Attended Reinhardt College and The Barney Fletcher School of Real Estate. With both parents being in the business, Erin has recognized the opportunity to gain knowledge through her parents vast years experience in Real Estate. She enjoys horseback riding & swimming.

Lindsey Gurr, a native Atlantan, graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2004 with a degree in Human Services. She joined The Chance Team in 2006. Lindsey enjoys managing the office, assisting home buyers in fulfilling their dream of home ownership and communicating daily with our clients. Her hobbies include reading, spending time with her God Daughter and going to church.
